Itinerary

1 Day: Airport(Tbilisi)-Tbilisi
Arrive in Tbilisi. Transfer to the hotel.
Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Tbilisi.

2 Day: Tbilisi
Today we will explore the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi. Wonder in the old districts of the city which are structured like  terraces, as well as take a walk in the narrow streets  to enjoy colorful houses,  patterned  balconies and wonderful samples of modern architecture. We will start the tour form Metekhi church (13th century) facing the magnificent views over old Tbilisi. A stroll along winding  little  streets takes us to the main sights of the city. Afterwards we enjoy the panoramic views of the whole town and through the ancient Narikala fortress (4th century), find ourselves in the historical domed sulphur bath area- connected with the name of our city. Finally, the Golden Fund of the historical museum (closed on Mondays) will prove the fact that Georgia is truly the land of the Golden Fleece.

3 Day: Tbilisi-Velistsikhe-Kisiskhevi-Tsinandali-Kvareli
Travel to a local farmer`s winery to learn more about traditional Georgian wine-making. We see Qvevri that is buried under ground and taste home-made white and red wines. Experience Georgian traditional bread baking. Continue to Schuchman winery to take a tour around the winery and learn more about manufactured Georgian wines. Taste wine and enjoy lunch. After the lunch we visit Tsinandali Museum and Park. Transfer back to Tbilisi.
Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Kvareli.

4 Day: Kvareli-Sighnaghi-Tbilisi
After breakfast we drive to  visit 18th century beautiful, small town of Sighnaghi which will impress you with  its old fence and small houses with tile roofs and decorated balconies. From here we can see the picturesque views of Alazani valley and Great Caucasus mountains.
Transfer to Tbilisi.
We visit Sameba Cathedral, Dry Bridge Flea and Art Market and Mtatsminda park.
Dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Tbilisi.

5 Day: Tbilisi-Mtskheta-Chardakhi-Gudauri
We drive to visit the ancient capital and religious centre of Georgia – Mtskheta (3000 years old) and see its historical places: Jvari church (6th century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century) where the Robe of Christ is buried. Both Jvari and Svetitskhoveli are UNESCO World Heritage sites. Afterwards drive up the famous Georgian Military Highway (leading to the Georgian-Russian border). We visit a local farmer who produces Bio wines and along with the wine-tasting, enjoy the lunch. Continue to Ananuri architectural complex (17th century). The drive is very scenic through high Caucasus Mountains. Arrive in Gudauri.
Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Gudauri.

6 Day: Gudauri-Uplistsikhe-Tbilisi
Morning free to enjoy snow.
Drive to Uplistsikhe Cave Town - ancient town where the Asian caravans used to pass as it was the part of the Great Silk Road. After the tour return to Tbilisi.
Dinner at a local restaurant with folk dance show. Overnight at a hotel in Tbilisi.
